How can I make an appointment?
You can easily make an appointment by filling out one of the forms on our website or giving us a call. When it comes time for your appointment, we offer our busy clients a reliable timetable; therefore arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing your full benefit and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent any inconvenience to the next client; the full treatment price will apply.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Cancellations/Changes within 72 hours or No-Shows will forfeit their deposit and a new deposit will need to be paid for future appointments. *Deposit can be transferred to another appointment IF 72 or more hours is given. Invoice will be sent upon booking. Appointment date/time will only be reserved for 24 hours. If no deposit is received at this time, your spot will be offered to someone else.
How can I cancel an appointment?
To cancel an appointment, please give us a call as soon as your plans change to avoid any fees and inconvenience to our other clients. When canceling an appointment, please allow for 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. If an appointment is scheduled during off-hours, prepayment is required.
What is your gratuities policy?
It is our policy to not include gratuities for services. They are offered at the discretion of the client.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don’t accept money orders or direct bank transfers. We gladly accept local checks, provided your full name, address, and phone number is listed. A $25 fee will apply for all returned checks.
What is your refund and return policy?
We strive to provide the highest quality services and products to our clientele and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. In the event that you have a concern, please speak to a manager immediately and we will address and resolve your concerns. Store credits will be issued for most products returned within 7 days of purchase and with the original receipt. Please note, that ALL makeup and cosmetic items are final sales.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Soul Serenity gift certificates are available for purchase in-store and via phone. All gift certificates may be redeemed for its full dollar amount toward the service of your choice. Our Gift certificates do not include the use of gratuities.
Can I bring my cellphone when I’m getting a massage, facial, or other services?
You may bring your cellphone into the wellness center. However, as a courtesy to all of our guests and staff members, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone when receiving a service and turn them on vibrate or silent.
What are your guidelines when it comes to health concerns or illnesses?
Our clients’ safety is of vital importance, therefore, we kindly ask that you inform our staff of any allergies, health concerns, or illness you are currently experiencing. Please use the following guidelines as a measure of safety when considering a treatment. Always consult your physician for optimum guidance.

Pregnancy

  • Please inform your practitioner if you are pregnant.
  • Refrain from any heat-induced services, such as a sauna.
  • Always consult your physician before any treatment.

Allergies

  • Please inform your wellness practitioner if you have any allergies.

Medication Use

  • Refrain from kinetic dermabrasion or waxing if using oral or topical medications that heightened skin sensitivity.

Cold Sores

  • Refrain from waxing on the affected area.
  • Refrain from all facials.
